Audit Risk and Governance Committee

The purpose of the ARGC and its role is as follows: • To assist the board in the effective discharge of the board’s responsibilities for club operations, credit, equity and other investment, financial, liquidity, legislative compliance and reputational risk management; • Reviewing financial reporting principles and policies, controls and procedures. In addition it reviews the effectiveness of the RCOBS internal control and risk management framework (which will cover all corporate and operational risks), and approves, arranges and liaises with the Auditors of RCOBS to ensure all audit requirements are met and are transparent; • To develop and review all governance policies and principles applicable to RCOBS.
